Personal Story
I am a fit mom of 4, a professional personal trainer, and I am currently taking the prerequisites required to become a physical therapist. I am very dedicated to helping people develop a fitness plan that works for them, and I’m committed to providing the best service I can. Beyond the gym, I love to read. Give me any type of dystopian fiction and I’m in heaven!

Philosophy
I believe that fitness begins within. The most important part of training is starting with your mind and finding your “why”. This is what will keep you going, because at the end of the day, motivation ebbs and flows, but once you are clear on your goal, and you are as specific as possible on why this goal is important to you, you will succeed.

Preferred Area of Concentration
Strength and conditioning, fat loss, physique/figure competition prep, corrective exercise, and postpartum training.
