I grew up playing sports and always had to keep my body healthy and prepared with proper training. My experience with injuries and the recovery process is what ultimately sparked my interest in pursuing a career in fitness. I love sharing my knowledge and experience with others.
My work experience as a rehabilitation aide at a physical therapy clinic for several years taught me the significance of proper mechanics in staying healthy, improving performance, and achieving the proper adaptations to the body. I focus on quality workouts that aim to enhance body mechanics, increase strength, improve flexibility, and maintain a healthy weight. I enjoy seeing my clients achieve their goals and have fun working out.
Preferred Area of Concentration
I enjoy helping people who are looking to build strength, maintain fitness in spite of joint pain, and/ or those looking to improve sports performance.
